10 Best Tourist Attractions in the World – Do Visit Them Once In Your Life, If Possible!

As we all know that we have seven wonders in the world but those tourist attractions which I am going to talk about today are no less than any wonder. They are all known for their own uniqueness.

Sometimes, we got surprised to see those large skyscrapers, how perfectly they are designed and along with their design their structure is so well even most of them are earthquake proof, the best thing is they are all made by a human being like us.

So let’s begin our list that we have compiled for you.

1.Big Ben (London):-

Big Ben is the nickname for the Great Bell of the clock at the north end of the Palace of Westminster in London and is usually extended to refer to both the clock and the clock tower as well.

Elizabeth Tower previously called the Clock Tower but more popularly known as Big Ben.

Its foundation stone was laid on September 28, 1843, and its foundations were dug 10ft (3 meters) deep. Big Ben weighs 13.7 tonnes, stands 7.2ft (2.2 meters) tall and has a diameter of 8.9ft (2.7 meters). The hammer weighs 200kg.

2.Kauai (Hawaii) (Best among all tourist attractions):-

Kauai, Hawaii owns the medal of the rainiest place on earth, allowing for a tropical paradise. It is geologically the oldest of the main Hawaiian Islands.

The time on Kauai is three hours behind the West Coast of the United States and six hours behind the East Coast. Located on the south-eastern side of the island, Lihue Airport is the aviation gateway to Kauai.

Best Place for hiking, diving, biking, or swimming.

3.Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque (Abu Dhabi):-

It is located in Abu Dhabi, the capital city of the United Arab Emirates and is considered to be the key site for worship in the country. The Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque’s design and construction “unite the world”, using artisans and materials from many countries.

The mosque is large enough to accommodate over 40,000 worshippers, while the main prayer hall can hold over 7,000. There are two smaller prayer halls, with a capacity of 1,500 each, one of which is the women’s prayer hall.

4. Niagara Falls (Canada):-

Niagara Falls is the collective name for three waterfalls that straddle the international border between Canada and the United States. It is famed both for its beauty and as a valuable source of hydroelectric power.

Already a huge tourist attraction and a favorite spot for honeymooners, Niagara Falls visits rose sharply in 1953 after the release of Niagara, a movie starring Marilyn Monroe and Joseph Cotten.

5. Twin Tower (Malaysia):-

They were the tallest buildings in the world from 1998 to 2004 and remain the tallest twin towers in the world. Due to the huge cost of importing steel, the towers were constructed on a cheaper radical design of super high-strength reinforced concrete.

Below the twin towers is Suria KLCC, a shopping mall, and Dewan Filharmonik Petronas, the home of the Malaysian Philharmonic Orchestra.

Did you know? Several scenes of the Bollywood film Don: The Chase Begins Again were also filmed in the Petronas Towers and its sky bridge.

6.Eiffel Tower (Paris, France):-

It is named after the engineer Gustave Eiffel, whose company designed and built the tower. The puddled iron (wrought iron) of the Eiffel Tower weighs 7,300 tons, and the addition of lifts, shops, and antennae have brought the total weight to approximately 10,100 tons. The tower has three levels for visitors, with restaurants on the first and second levels and the third one is made for exploring the beauty.

You can’t visit Paris without seeing the Eiffel Tower. Even you don’t want to visit, you would probably see its top from all over Paris. It is really one of the best tourist attractions because people come to visit it from different countries.

7.Statue of Liberty (New York City):-

The Statue of Liberty is more than a monument. She is a beloved friend, a living symbol of freedom to millions around the world. Visiting Liberty Island is one of the most rewarding experiences of any trip to New York City. 

The Statue of Liberty exhibit, which opened in July 1986 and is located on the second floor in the pedestal of the Statue, traces the history and symbolism of the Statue of Liberty through museum objects, photographs, prints, videos and oral histories. 

8.Burj Khalifa (Dubai):-

It is a mega tall skyscraper in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Construction of the Burj Khalifa began in 2004, with the exterior completed five years later in 2009.

Burj Khalifa was designed to be the centerpiece of a large-scale, mixed-use development that would include 30,000 homes, nine hotels (including The Address Downtown Dubai), 3 hectares (7.4 acres) of parkland, at least 19 residential towers, the Dubai Mall, and the 12-hectare (30-acre) artificial Burj Khalifa Lake. 

9.Walt Disney World:-

Six individual theme parks in one super park. Disney World’s Magic Kingdom alone beats out all other theme parks in the world to be the most visited on earth.

 Walt Disney World makes its name as the “most magical place on earth,” with options for all ages and interests, as long as those interests include theme parks. For many families, it’s a rite of passage, and it’s one of the only places where having breakfast with a mouse is a good thing. I will say that this is the best theme park for kids to enjoy and even beautiful tourist attractions.

10.Victoria Peak:-

One of the world’s most scenic funicular railways, which leads to a panoramic lookout of Hong Kong at 1,300 feet above sea level.

A thrillingly steep ride up the mountain yields temperatures on the Peak that are cooler than you’ll find down in the city. And on clear days and evenings, visitors are rewarded with amazing views of Hong Kong, water, and outlying islands.
