Most of the people even don’t know how much amount of carbohydrate is sufficient for their body, if you eat that food that is rich in carbohydrate then you must do some work out to digest those carbs that you consumed. I made this list by combining both veg and non-veg food so that it gives benefit to every single individual.

1.Egg (Highly recommendable for low carb diet):-

One large egg packs 6 grams of protein, 5 grams of fat and less than 1/2 gram carbs all in a nice 72-calorie package. You can take the egg in various ways like I can be boiled, scrambled, fried, as omelets or pancakes, but if you have an egg allergy that you don’t have any choice.

Along with low carbohydrate, it also provides various other nutrients like vitamin D, lutein, and choline. The best thing about the egg is they contain cholesterol but they don’t increase the risk of heart diseases.


Carrot is lower in carbs as compared to man low sugar fruits such as Strawberries. Carrot is highly rich in Vitamin- A, Alpha, and Beta-carotene. Do you know? Vitamin A is essential for eye health and vision.

100 g of carrot contains 5.3 g of carbs.
