What is SIR (Special Intensive Revision)?

The Special Intensive Revision (SIR) is a large-scale, detailed verification of voter lists conducted by the Election Commission of India (ECI).
It is far more thorough than routine annual revisions.

Objectives of SIR

  • Add every eligible 18+ citizen
  • Remove ineligible, duplicate, or deceased voter entries
  • Fix errors in name, age, gender, or address
  • Ensure accurate and complete electoral rolls before major elections

SIR is conducted under Article 324 of the Constitution and provisions of the Representation of the People Act.

3. Offline (Door-to-Door)

Booth Level Officers (BLOs) across Rajasthan will distribute the Enumeration Form (EF) door-to-door in SIR areas.


How to Fill the SIR Form

✔ If You Already Have a Voter ID (EPIC)

  • Enter your EPIC number on the portal
  • Verify pre-filled information
  • Correct any mistakes
  • Submit online

✔ If You Are a New Voter (18+)

Upload or provide:

  • Proof of age
  • Proof of address
  • Identity proof

✔ Offline Process

  • BLO hands over the form
  • You fill in the required details
  • Sign and return the form
  • BLO may visit again for verification

How to Download Rajasthan Voter List (Village / Ward Wise PDF)

You can download the electoral roll for any district—Jaipur, Jodhpur, Kota, Ajmer, Alwar, Bikaner, Udaipur, Sikar, Bharatpur, and others.


Step 1 – Visit the Official Portal

Go to voters.eci.gov.in
Scroll to “Services” → Click Download Electoral Roll


Step 2 – Enter Required Information

Select:

  • State: Rajasthan
  • District
  • Assembly Constituency
  • Language
  • Roll Type: Final Roll 2025
  • Complete Captcha

Step 3 – View Villages/Wards

After selecting your district and constituency, all villages/wards will be listed.


Step 4 – Load Additional Localities

Only 10 entries appear at a time.
Click the ( > ) arrow to view more options.


Step 5 – Select Your Locality

Tick the checkbox next to your village/ward → Scroll up → Click Download Selected PDFs


Step 6 – Download the Voter List

Understanding Different Voter Lists

1️⃣ General Election List

Prepared before major elections such as:

  • Rajasthan Legislative Assembly Elections
  • Lok Sabha Elections

SIR updates are carried out prior to these events.


2️⃣ SIR Draft List

Allows citizens to:

  • Add new 18+ voters
  • Correct errors
  • Delete deceased/incorrect entries

This list is released only during special intensive revision.


3️⃣ Draft Roll (Annual List)

A routine, yearly revision allowing:

  • Error correction
